Eshy Gazit has spent over a decade building artist careers in the American market. He was the US manager behind BTS's first American breakthrough, took Monsta X to a Billboard Top 3 album and US Top 40 radio, and has been named a Billboard International Power Player twice. He works from Brooklyn and Los Angeles through EG Management, Intertwine Records, and his agency LUSIVEX.

That same playbook now serves artists closer to home. Gazit manages and develops American pop, R&B, and singer-songwriter acts, and works with British and international artists who want a real US career rather than a one-off promo run.
