These terms govern text messages sent by Eshygazit LLC.
Eshygazit LLC sends operational text messages to the business owner and to staff and working contacts who have asked to receive them. Messages are reminders, status notifications, and internal updates relating to work in progress. This is not a marketing program and there is no public sign up.
Recipients ask us directly, in person, by email, or in writing, to be texted about their work. We do not add anyone who has not asked. We do not buy, rent, or import phone number lists.
Message frequency varies and depends on activity. There is no fixed number of messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to every message sent and received.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation message and then no further messages. You can rejoin at any time by asking us.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Major US carriers are supported, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and their affiliates and resellers.
No mobile information is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared for anyone else's marketing. Information is shared only with service providers who help us deliver the messages, and only for that purpose. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page with a revised date.
